Meryt is Omar's Assistant and faithful advocate. She gets rather upset when she hears others speaking poorly of his stern nature and can give quite an ear-full about it when she has the mind. Other than that she is generally pleasent but quiet. Not being wholly of the mind for schollarly pursuits she spends much of her time practicing new fighting styles and learning about exotic weapons. She is also a master theif .. the one often sent when important artifacts need to be .. accquired.

The name of Meryt contains within it an intense emotional power that could drive you to put forth great effort to accomplish your ambitions and to do something noteworthy and worthwhile. There are humanitarian ideals in this name, making you feel the urge to champion the cause of the downtrodden, the victims of circumstances and injustices.
